Katharina Sophia Ludewig is a German artist and author based in Dubai since 2007. Her work combines visual art, narrative, and cultural insight, moving between contemporary art, books, and market perspectives. She developed the unique technique KATHAs Cutting Art.

FROM PAST TILL NOW
When I was two years old, I began painting on the backs of my parents’ antique copperplate engravings. Since then, art has shaped my life.
My work moves from painting to fashion, eclectic art, art salons and my own binding technique, Cutters Cutting Art. It carries a sense of responsibility toward the past and continues in writing, where I give my artworks a voice. When art becomes a calling.
